The foundation.

An AI workflow isn't a prompt. It's a small system of approved knowledge, workflows, and rules that an LLM operates on top of. Most "AI projects" skip this and wonder why the output drifts.

Underneath every Fire Club AI workflow:

• Approved team knowledge. What your team actually knows, captured once, structured cleanly, and reviewed before AI ever touches it.
• Client preferences. What each client likes, has rejected, has approved. Versioned. Updateable. Used in every relevant call.
• Recurring workflows. The repeatable jobs the team does manually today, codified as workflows the AI workflow can run on demand.
• Examples and past work. Your best briefs, decks, follow-ups, and decisions, kept as training material the system can reference and reuse.
• Approval rules. Who signs off on what. What needs human review before sending. What can ship on its own.
• Source material. The docs, transcripts, decks, and notes that ground every answer. No source = no answer.
• Request queue. A visible place to suggest improvements, log bugs, and ask for new workflows. The system improves from real use.
• Monitoring and maintenance. Watchdogs that catch broken integrations and stale knowledge before the team loses trust.

That's the part you shouldn't have to think about. You ask for the work. The AI workflow moves it forward.

Anti-hallucination by default.

The most common AI failure is confident wrong. The model invents a client preference, cites a meeting that didn't happen, or contradicts a decision from last week. Every Fire Club AI workflow is built with three guardrails active from day one:

• Source-linked answers. Any answer that references team or client context shows where it came from. If a source isn't available, the AI workflow says so instead of inventing one.
• The bot cannot self-promote facts. An AI workflow can suggest a draft, an idea, or a candidate answer. It cannot promote its own suggestions into the canonical knowledge base. That promotion gate requires a human.
• Confidence states. Answers come with explicit confidence: what's known, what's a best guess, what needs human judgment. The team always sees that before acting.

You own the architecture.

Most AI vendors lock your team's knowledge inside their platform. Move providers and you lose the work. Fire Club builds the opposite:

• Customer-owned brain repo. Every Fire Club client gets their AI workflow's knowledge in a GitHub repository they own. Every change is versioned. Every fact has a commit. Every prompt is auditable.
• Exportable, portable. If you ever want to leave Fire Club, the knowledge layer comes with you. No platform lock-in, no vendor extraction risk.
• Lives in tools your team already uses. Slack first. Google Workspace second. No new platform anyone has to remember to log into.

Trust infrastructure.

An AI workflow that can't be audited is one bad answer away from costing the team trust. Every interaction is observable:

• Thread context. When the AI workflow answers in a Slack thread, it can see the conversation history. So it doesn't repeat the team or contradict what was just decided.
• Approval gates. Sensitive actions (sending external email, posting publicly, updating canonical knowledge) require human approval. No silent autonomy.
• Audit log. Every prompt, every output, every source lookup is logged. If something looks wrong, you can trace exactly what happened.

Maintenance, not magic.

AI systems decay. Knowledge goes stale. Integrations break. The team's best ideas don't make it back into the system. Fire Club builds maintenance in from day one, not after the first failure:

• Weekly system review. What's working, what's stale, what new workflows the team requested. Visible to you, every week.
• Auto-router for new inputs. Transcripts, meeting notes, results, and decisions get classified and filed automatically. No manual data entry tax.
• Daily pruning. AI-assisted review of the knowledge base flags contradictions, duplicates, and outdated facts before they poison answers.
• Watchdog. Monitors for silent failures: broken APIs, stale sources, integrations that quietly stopped working. Flags before the team notices.
